Published, but we still should add the screenshots at some point.

How can we improve this article?

Well, the title "How do I let my members upgrade or downgrade their account?" suggests a general solution. That's how I found it per search when I was looking how to do just that, but in Clickbank. However, the article limits itself to Stripe - which we don't use.

Suggest to reword the title to "How do I let my members upgrade or downgrade their account with Stripe?", or to include an explanation how to do it IN GENERAL (thus incl. Clickbank).

This will help others too.

Oh, let me add then: In the section "Upgrading/Downgrading Accounts" it explains very nicely that it works FOR PAYPAL: "by allowing them to switch to the Membership Plan that was specified in the Subscription Modification Button. PayPal handles this nicely, and you'll be happy to know that s2Member has been pre-configured to deal with this scenario as well,"

but we don't use PayPal at all, only Clickbank. So now I have no idea if the modification process works so smooth for CB as well?

A lot of articles are excellent and informative(!), only they then suddenly mention, say, Paypal (or here Stripe), and the user is left wondering: "Huuh, is all this only working for PayPal? (or for Stripe?)"

I'd suggest to NOT mention an individual payment provider at all UNLESS a particular feature explicitely only works for that payment provider. Then say so.
