npm run dev not showing the electron window

Hi, I know this boilerplate is more an example of your company work, but something weird happened to me and I wanted to let you know.
I was testing on your boilerplate of different situation to move a part of my project to it, but all of a sudden npm run dev no longer open electron window! I downloaded another one from your repo but still same thing happens! npm run build:... works fine but not the dev .you know anything?
just getting stuck here:

go to %appdata% and delete every folder related to electron or ur project name
