Run 2 instances of node so when the tracker gets overwhelmed with connections and crashes, it won't take down the webtorrent.io homepage too.

It turns out that the crashes were due to #32, so even though it would technically be nice to have the tracker and web server in separate processes, this isn't that important anymore.
