BEP 46/mutability for webtorrent

Here is what i worked on to try to contribute to mutability with webtorrent. I will be testing it soon.

Also interested in talking about bep 46. Is bep 46 not implemented in webtorrent because changes will have to be made under the hood fo webtorrent? Or is bep 46 kind of out of scope for webtorrent. Would it be possible to have a standalone module for mutability? Just want to get thoughts about this.
