client assets only in theme

some client side components in we-theme-cdp aren't well, because it's in conflict with Wejs builtin libraries, specifically jquery and bootstrap. I think we keep this assets only in theme or specify any override mechanism.

and we need to maniain js and bower components libs on the created project.

for respect node.js structure i need to extend sails.js and create something like sails.js with we.js configs and features ...

That's ok,
I keep this in theme specs and use only Wejs builtin jquery/other libs.

but ... I can add this feature in require.js and we-clientside configuration part
and we.js client side already suport events, hooks and plugins ... if you need to do something on client you can use these features ...
let's talk about this things during the day ...
