Here's how to delete a bag
https://github.com/wellcomecollection/storage-service/blob/main/docs/wellcome/completely-deleting-bags-from-the-storage-service.md

We are getting requests to delete one or several specific images in s3://wellcomecollection-storage/miro/.
The standard procedure:

If you want to delete or modify a file in an existing bag, you need to delete the stored bag, then re-ingest a modified version.

This is not easily doable for Miro images:

can't put the Miro images back through, they go through Archivematica and Robert Kenny did those all automatically and then he had to make IIIF image manifests for them somehow

CI is doing a review and will ask us to delete a bunch of Miro images from the storage-service in the coming weeks/months
We need to find a solution for cleaning up bags of these images before re-ingesting them into their original location

For whatever it's worth, when I had to do this as a one-off I just deleted the bag, added a note in the bag's README, and left the incorrect METS as-is – it's not like anything was ingesting the METS. See https://docs.wellcomecollection.org/storage-service/wellcome-specific-information/awkward-files-and-bags#miro-v0047000-a-single-image-was-removed
