Add custom styles for redirect page

Summary

Currently the redirect page looks very different than the rest of tabi.

Motivation

I loved the custom styles for atom.xml and think this would be useful for branding and trust.

Detailed Description

• Add a templates/internal/alias.html to style the redirect page similar to the rest of the theme.

I didn't even know this was a feature, to be honest.

I do agree it would be a good idea to add (minimal) styling to fit the theme.
