Change violations number and groups

In the next release we will only have one change:

• We will replace Z with WPS code
• We will change the ordering inside groups
• We will create new groups: oop, refactoring, functional, patterns

I will also write:

• old codes to the previous_codes = {123, 124} prop of each violation
• migration guide with shell script to replace old code with new ones
