Adds "Soul Stained Steel" Smeltery material
Adds "Soul Stained Steel" Tool / Armor parts
Add "Soul Stained" trait/modifier
- Adds Magic Resistance and Soul Ward Capacity to Armor items with modifier
- Adds Magic damage to weapons and tools
