History of recentrly received files

Hi, I propose to add to Dukto an history of received files.

This feature can be useful when multiple file are received and the user 
wants to know the latest transferred files. Without this feature the user 
has to go to "download" folder and search for anything new. If many file 
are in the folder this job can be not so easy.

In the "history window" the user should be able to double click on recently 
received files to open them with default associated application.

Committed in trunk (revision r23). Opening files currently works only for 
windows 
version, as I don't know how to do it on Linux and OSX.
