Make it so that if x-file and or x-folder is defined the default controller is the read controller

Right now (as of #209 ) the ListController is the default controller in most scenarios. That said the ReadController is what does the template reading etc so for rendering a file or folder that is what should be used (the work around is to manually set the controller to the default read controller x-controller: DefaultReadController
