I just found that render_breadcrumbs has a name collision with twitter-bootstrap-rails gem twitter_breadcrumbs_helper.render_breadcrumbs

This raise issues like #59 and others like
"undefined method `html_safe' for [whatever_option_pased_to_render_breadcrumbs]:Hash"

This duplicates #56 and there is a PR at #54.
