组件文件如果有-连字符，使用Repeat时comid和prefix命名不一致会导致编译后的代码出错

两个地方一个是生成wx:for-item属性值，没做camel格式转换， 一个是生成被Repeat的组件内对item的引用，做了camel格式转换，最终会导致变量名称不匹配，从而使生成的wxml文件无法正常工作。
