GStreamer 1.0 support

The current version of GSTZRTP supports only GStreamer 0.10, could you please port it to GStreamer 1.0.

I have patched gstzrtp to work with GStreamer-1.0, but I haven't used it much yet, so it's not really tested.
At least it worked with zrtptester and the supplied test software (zrtpSend, zrtpRecv).
