Wrong order of exercises in "add set" form

The order of the exercises in the add set form is not consistent, the last one added should go to the top of the list. To solve this with the current implementation it might be enough to use a different jquery method (append instead of prepend), but if issue #199 is done first, then some angular specific solution is needed.
