Feedback from local instance: it seems that after deleting a muscle, it keeps appearing in descriptions etc. This is probably due to the cache not being correctly reset.

This also happens when updating the muscle name as well as to equipment.

Exercise detail page uses no caches anymore, this only applies now to the overview list
