安卓端检测系统代理存在一些问题, 这导致代理配置被设置为不正确的地址, 因而出现一些网络请求问题, 正在解决

此问题与网络代理工具有关, clash for android在启动时会在随机端口进行监听, 而目前的代码只在App启动时配置了http代理, 因此当代理工具监听的端口发生变化时, App的网络请求将会出错
在Windows端存在同样的问题, 当http代理地址发生变化, App不会及时更改http代理配置, 因此会出现问题
dart的网络请求不遵循系统代理, 说实话真的很烦
已解决, 在每次网络请求时重新配置代理设置
