PDF version crashes tolino e-book readers

The downloadable PDF version crashes the tolino e-book readers.

I think maybe some parts of the PDF are corrupt, becuase after converting it from PDF to PDF (like rebuilding) (https://online2pdf.com) it worked.

Thanks for the report. We generate our PDF using Prince 11.3 and pdfsizeopt; you can see more in:

We'd welcome any help in improving these steps to make it work with more PDF readers.

Alternately, you could report a bug to tolino, if they are unable to view valid PDFs (i.e. PDFs which other software, like web browsers, is able to view).
