[COOP] Typo in "check if enforcing report-only COOP would require a browsing context group switch" algorithm #7040

In the check if enforcing report-only COOP would require a browsing context group switch algorithm, we keep referring to activeDocumentCOOPReportOnly, however, the parameter is named activeDocumentCOOP.

I think we should rename activeDocumentCOOPReportOnly in the algorithm to activeDocumentCOOP.
