The HTMLElement.focus() method has defined FocusOptions: preventScroll, focusVisible and maybe more in future.
Is it possible to add a new property in FocusEvent to get the options?

A possible example:
Using custom focus scroll behavior such as scrollIntoViewIfNeeded.
I need to get the preventScroll to decide whether to execute custom scroll.
