It's relevant to this specification, and would make citation from HTTP clearer; see httpwg/http-core#51

See also #82. I really want to work on this, but there's no test infrastructure available which I'm worried will make any effort not last long term.

Note that mention of X-Content-Type-Options was removed in 64bfe02 because "it's defined by Fetch" and that the no-sniff flag in mimesniff is set according to its value.
