Some promise chains within this codebase may be structured in a sub-optimal way. Although the program functions perfectly fine as intended, some promise chains are not structured in a way that emphasises their ability to allow a reader to reason about their actions in a sequential manner. As such, some sections of code suffer from the symptoms of 'callback-hell'.
