The unblocked is very slow in loading and it doesn’t let you type inside the website. Is there any way for me to up the quality?

Currently it is not possible with the default backend server due to server overloading. You can however create your private server to improve your own quality.

On your Windows or Linux server, install git if you don't have it installed already.
Then open a terminal and run the command below:

git clone https://github.com/whitespider-dev/whitespider-backend.git

I don’t have a computer I have a school Ipad (which is why I can’t use GitHub properly)

You can create a VM on Google Cloud. If you have a personal Google account, you can access free trial.

I can not make a virtual machine on Google cloud because if I try it is blocked
