When Widelands is started from command line with xres and yres arguments, the resolution comes available to the In-resolution dropdown menu under Options. The resolution disappears from the menu if Apply button is pressed while some other resolution is selected. To reproduce this:
Start Widelends ./widelands --xres=800 --yres=800
Click Options
Select some other item than the current 800x800 value
Press Apply
Try to switch back to the 800x800
The item is missing.
The problem found from trunk (revno 8486) on Debian 9.1.
It would be usefull to be able to switch between native and non native resolution while testing features of the game.
I can't reproduce this with current master on Debian 10 which is now out of official support. AFAIK handling of resolutions was changed when the game window was made resizeable, so possibly that fixed this?
