Metaserver loginbox should inform users about additional connections

The metaserver connects the lobby with the channel #widelands on irc, which is connected to other services (like discord).

The users should be informed about this connections, at least the connection to the IRC channel. Preferably the metaserver login box should get an additional checkbox 'Connect to IRC', which if disabled should prevent the connection to IRC.

It would be nice to have also a help button in the login box. The help should describe that connecting to IRC is helpful if case of questions, but may add additional connections to other services.

I think this is a good idea.

As to informing about the connections, should that information come from the Metaserver? This will make the information current, no matter which Widelands version the player is using.
