Checking v1.2 on flathub.org, I've noticed that they now have a quite prominent "Changes" section which is empty for us. I think to include a changelog there, we have to put it in the "Releases" section of appdata.xml, like this. (documentation — I'm not entirely sure if release descriptions are also translatable like the main app description...)

Should we add such release notes to appdata.xml?

Meanwhile, it looks like "appdata" got renamed to "metainfo" while they finalised the standard, so we should probably rename it for v1.3.
