Endless "Connecting to.... Error Connection refused" loop trying to connect with a Wiimote.

What version of BluezIME are you using?
1.16
What Android device do you have? What Android version?
Droid X Android 2.3.4
What gamepad are you using?
WiiMote with a classic controller attached
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Start up Bluez IME
2.Search for device
3.It sees the Wiimote (bluezIME is activated in the language/keyboard section)
4.Change input within Bluezime to BluezIME 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect it to connect, but instead it just gets stuck in a loop of "Connecting 
to: (mac address)" than "error: connection refused" until i have to disable 
bluetooth to stop it. It's driving me crazy.

Most likely your device does not have Bluetooth HID support.
Nothing you can do to fix it, besides using a custom ROM.
