Use the "reason" and "type" parameters for partially blocked users making AfD nominations

If a user is partially blocked from the Article namespace, but still wants to make an AfD nomination using Twinkle anyway, then the substituted "Xfd edit protected" template on the article's talk page should include the parameters "reason=I am partially blocked" and "type=partially-blocked" so that the "Edit partially-blocked" template shows up instead of the "Edit protected" template.
