protect: supplying wrong data to {{pp}} template

• |reason= is not a valid parameter with this template. Shouldn't supply this at all.
• |1=: setting this to a "type" is valid, but "disruptive editing" is not a valid type, here are the list of valid types: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:Pp#Reasons

Pretty minor. The only problem this actually causes besides unnecessary wikicode is possibly not putting protected pages in the correct hidden tracking category.
