Steps to reproduce

Go to a user talk page such as https://test.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:NovemBot
Warn a user
Very quickly before the page refreshes, click the TW menu and open the ARV screen
Page refreshes

What happens?

Page redirects to https://test.wikipedia.org/wiki//wiki/User_talk:NovemBot, which is a nonsensical page. Note the double /wiki/ and the extra slash.

What should happen instead?

Page redirects to https://test.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:NovemBot
