Talons

Talons is a conceptual low speed aircraft design tool. Analysis is restricted to flights below 3000 m and M < 0.3. Aerodynamics is fully linear, which is valid for flight regime far away from aerodynamic stall.

Prerequisites for Deployment

  1. Verify the MATLAB Compiler Runtime (MCR) is installed and ensure you have installed version 9.2 (R2017a).
  2. If the MCR is not installed, download Windows 64bit version of MCR from the MathWorks website: http://www.mathworks.com/products/compiler/
