Only occurs in cases where the Binder URL is not from mybinder.org .

When I navigate to https://bndr.it/n242n with a preferred BinderHub setting set I see the redirect page for 3 seconds.

Does the preferred binderhub setting work for you for other pages?

thank you for your quick response. Actually it works just great since if no special settings are provided bndr.it resolves to the original link that has been shortened.

I think it is possible to close this issue.
