最近使用IDEA基于Maven开发项目，有些jar包在本地仓库找不到，要到中央仓库去下载，很慢，一天搞不成个啥事，想着可以搭建一个Maven私服。一来通过私服管理jar包插件，同时将自己的一些jar包放上去，供自己以后使用。二来就是能够加开
