Input video and output video lengths are not equal

i have a video with 309 frames, using 10 as interval my final output length is 300 frames, i think this may be caused by we dont
pass the last frame as a keyframe.

We have options for Key frame frequency (K) and Number of key frames (M), so the final video frame will have K*M+1 frames with M+1 key frames.
The remaining part will be just eliminated.

If you want to translate the full video, you can replicate the last few frames to make the vidoe have more than 309 frames (like 312 frames).
