Files will not be updated

I really appreciate your work to improve the ansible-role-nrpe-client role.

I've analyzed how that works and I've found that the role will not update existing files even when the software version will be changed.

That it's caused by using the command module with the creates parameter.

IMHO, the better option can be using the make module and checking existence/hashes of files to copy by using the stat module.

What do you think about that?

@it-praktyk Sounds good, thanks for the suggestion! I have a revise of my Ansible roles on my todo mostly because Molecule has changed drastically.
I will pick up this change when updating the role but feel free to submit a PR!
