Ubuntu 23.10 Mantic Minotaur has been released recently. WiltonDB DEBs are currently not build-able on Mantic due to changes in tzdata package. Support for 23.10 needs to be added to DEB packages.

Updated DEB packages were built for Focal, Jammy and Mantic. Closing the issue.
