Client version: 2.0.8 Windows version: Windows 2012
When creating a certificate in manual mode (in dns manual - not relevant).
I choose to save the certificate in the Windows Store and also to save the PEM to a folder.
The PFX get installed in the store, no problem but the PEM files are not complete.
I get the ...-chain.pem and -key.pem file. but no certificate file is present so I can not use this for example in a tomcat installation where I need 3 files.
I presume the -key.pem file is the private key and -chain is the chain... but where is my public certificate located? It does not seems to be created along with the PEM files
Thank you

The certificate itself is included in the chain (it's the first element). From what other users have told me, their software runs fine with two files (e.g. #1144). If you really need it to be a separate file you'll have to copy-paste it yourself for now, but in the next release it will be written automatically also to reduce confusion.
