You have build the 1.9.2 release using 'Debug' configuration, --renew tasks will not exit on it's own with that configuration as it prompts: Press enter to continue.

Bah! I just got the files from AppVeyor. Ok, I'll make a build script and get 1.9.3 out today, thanks for the heads up!
