Not working on a Window 7 32-bit PC

Somehow when I am launching this thing, nothing pops-up.
Is it because my server pc having an extremely old setup?
But that doesn't seem to be the problem.

Why you don't update your server pc to newer versions of the Windows? not Windows 10 but maybe 8 ifyou don't like 10.

I've tried but it the installation keep crashing.

Hmmm, tried Windows Server 2016/2019, 2016 if you're new because has a lot of tutorials to help with everything, 2019 is newer (obviously) and doesn't have yet the support like 2016 has

On the WindowsGSM website where the statistics are, somewhere down, is a list of stats that show how many % of people use a specific OS, you will see what I mean, sorry for bad English.

The idea is maybe you will see some os you didn't tried and is used by someone with this great program, maybe you will try another os to put WindowsGSM on.

I suggest you not use 32-bit machine, use a 64-bit instead.
