Feature suggestion: User comments

Thanks for this great plugin which I use on several sites.

In some settings I think it could be benefitial to open for some kind of comments from "users" to the publications in the publication list. E.g. if you want your students to read a text and then comment upon it. Or if you have a network of participants that want to exchange their impressions.

I realise that this is perhaps not a minor update, since it would presuppose a U/I for inputting the comments and an interface to show comments. And perhaps also some changes in the database (if several users are to add content to the same publication).

But it would open for an interactive aspect that I find to be benefitial for the relationship between users of the site.

Maybe the most simple implementation would be to make it a "field_type" when creating meta_data_fields...
