Bluecove not supported in Android 4.2 version

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Update Android version to 4.2 
2. Use any app which use libbluecove.so library
3. Bluetooth doesn't work properly

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Bluetooth code should work as working like in Android 4.1 version

What BlueCove version are you using (include build number for SNAPSHOT)? On 
what operating system and jvm? Is this 64-bit or 32-bit OS and jvm?
bluecove 2.1.1
