Describe the bug
Disk space filled up. Reason? .astropy/cache/download/ has >80Gb in.

Expected behaviour
Stop the madness!

The cache is useful for reprocessing, as it speeds up the PS1 reference image downloads.
Possible solution - move the cache out of the home folder, and have a cron to delete the cache monthly/weekly.
Another solution - don't use cache
