Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm always frustrated when we cannot see WINTER upper limits in avro/Fritz.

Describe the solution you'd like
I think we could in principle somehow query to see if a source position was observed, and then put the diff mag lim as the upper limit. I believe that is approximately what ZTF does anyway.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Relying on forced photometry.
