When there are many hits the first hits get two-letter combos, which is an elegant solution for the problem of having more hits than letters. In my example (see picture), there are many hits for the letter 'a'.
To reach most of those in the current window I must press two keys (a+some other key). Since I am more likely to jump in the current window than to the other, I would prefer if the other window was the "sacrificed" one, requiring multiple key-strokes, and my current window got the easy one letter key-strokes.
Would you consider this a desirable feature? Would it be easy to implement?
