Will need to also think about how this would play into server side tracking. Also worth looking into how WordPress manages GDPR issues and cookie consent things, could be worth coming up with a centralized handler for this sort of interaction within Winter itself so that plugins can just register what they need consent for / what they interact with in a standardized way to make it easier for Winter CMS websites to comply with GDPR.
