Add report title for widget

If a user wants to add the same report twice for different periods (7 days/30 days) it might be beneficial to allow naming the reports (=having different titles) or alternatviely add the reporting period added to the current title.

I'd like to support users setting custom titles, but wasn't able to make it work in 10 minutes smoothly so that picking a widget but not modifying the default title and then changing it to the new title would use the new title instead. I can have a look at it again in a week or so unless someone wants to make a PR first.

When you get the reset of the title running (as soon as the user selects a new report), it might be worth resetting the "Display As" to "default" as well.
