A função utilizada para criar uma ordem, documentada aqui, salva incorretamente o telefone do usuário no caso de números com nove dígitos.

Exemplo:

moip.order.create({
    ...
    customer: {
        ...
        phone: {
            countryCode: '55',
            areaCode: '11',
            number: '912345678'
        },
        ...
    }
});

Telefone salvo no pedido (print do dashboard da Wirecard):
