Provide openjpa + dependencies packaging #30

wisdom-jpa-manager allows us to use any implementation of JPA.

We use mainly OpenJPA for tests and samples and should provide a POM packaging wisdom-jpa-manager-openjpa including :

wisdom-jpa-manager
openjpa
commons-pool
commons-dbcp
org.apache.servicemix.bundles.serp

This would prevent adding all dependencies to samples project and to wisdom projects
