Currently we list all projects in sections based on categories:

AC. 1. Sections should be removed. All Projects should be displayed in one section/list
AC. 2. Filter panel should be introduced, and it should allow filter by:

1. Name
2. Category
3. Status
4. Some Boolean properties, like being Open Source
