Could we get a binary wheel for Windows posted on PyPI? Anything I could do to help? FYI: https://packaging.python.org/guides/supporting-windows-using-appveyor/

Linux wheels would also be nice, but much less critical. https://docs.travis-ci.com/user/deployment/pypi/

BTW, thanks for the great package!

FWIW, here is a py2.7-x64 wheel, though 3.x ones would be good eventually.

For anyone else looking for these, I forked and made a package providing binary wheels for many platforms: https://pypi.org/project/webrtcvad-wheels/

It should be a drop in replacement.
